He has co-authored a book chapter on the History of Asian American Greek Letter Organizations (AAGLOs) and on Resiliency of Young Professionals of Color in Upstate New York to be published. During his graduate study, Bilal held two Assistantships at Northeastern Illinois University in Chicago, IL, advising all Greek-letter organizations and hearing student conduct cases. Over time, his passion has grown to encompass the greater sorority and fraternity community, and he is now focused on supporting sororities and fraternities in recognizing their power and privilege and directing it toward meaningful social change. When not working, Toubee likes to get brunch, catch a movie, attend a group exercise class, or spend time with family. She graduated from The University of Texas at Austin with a Bachelors of Business Administration and received her Master of Education, Student Affairs in Higher Education at Texas State University. During his time in college, Bilal helped charter the Omicron Chapter of Delta Epsilon Psi Fraternity, Inc, and was involved in various aspects of campus life including Residential Life and a dance team.Occupation: Wallin Education Partners, Scholar AdvisorToubee was born in a refugee camp in Thailand and came to the US with his family when he was 3 months old. Through discussions, panels and special programs at annual meetings, the Conference contributes to interfraternal understanding and friendship. During this time, Bilal began to his involvement with Delta Epsilon Psi’s National Council, as he helped charter the Alpha Kappa Chapter of the fraternity at the University Illinois at Chicago.Victoria graduated from Fiorello H. LaGuardia High School of Music and Art & Performing Arts with a major in Vocal Performance and is currently on the Board of Directors for Summer Stars Camp for the Performing Arts.
