I’ve had some pretty good coffees from Cat and Cloud, Vibrant and Lineage. Olympia had a Genji Lot 2 and that was really good too.I’ve got to say, Onyx has become my favorite roaster. But then I tried it out, and now I know it can be a delicious art. I used to think coffee was just a bitter brown drug, and that every coffee snob was just living on placebo. This week I used Onyx's Colombia La Piramide because I have been having fantastic success with this coffee.
