I believe I tried the Anne Pliska a few years ago when I started my online sample shopping and something in it did not work for me (scent headache).I think that the basenotes get a little deeper as fragrances age, and if you’ve got a scent that’s got a larger proportion of basenotes, a new bottle will seem at least a little bit thinner even with no reformulation.
