Is it worth upgrading from Windows 7 Ultimate?I just upgraded from 8.1 last night so my experience with it is limited. Since Philippines only have one timezone which is 8 hours ahead of the "Coordinated Universal Time" or UTC, you have to use (UTC +08:00) to get the Philippine time.
