Is your store located in EDT as well? You were right. . I can understand that but what happens to the order I worked on? I tried EDT again (12:10 this time) and it worked - all slots for Monday were still available. It used to work well earlier. Due to unprecedented demand and to ensure social distancing for our associates, availability is currently limited. But one annoying thing is that as things become unavailable, they just disappear from your cart, without notification. Good luck! For anything more than two days out, it just says that there are no delivery windows. I tried at 12:00EDT on the dot, no luck. Amazon’s web page quickly showed that the phone connection had been made, but my phone didn’t ring.I later received voice mail on both phone lines, presumably from the Amazon driver, consisting of repeated “Hello’s” and nothing else.Is it just me ? That hasn't happened to me yet with orders from stores, though I keep hearing of it happening with food-delivery orders. Here in New York, Amazon is overwhelmed with orders due to the virus. Delivery window keep moving forward forever. 9 times out of 10 if I order a bag of chips it will be packed in the same bag as the heaviest items I ordered, be it cans of soup or 2 liters of soda. (The time doesn't seem to be midnight; I've tried that. If you try to order from Amazon Fresh on a Monday, you see delivery windows for Monday-Wednesday - grayed out, i.e., all taken. I’m curious if they’re just testing products or buying things as it becomes available. There was something else--I'll add when I remember. Now it’s $20.I then repeated the “contact driver” procedure using my VOIP line as my contact number. Thank you.On top of having to fight for time slots, I try to keep my cart ready with $50+ so I can get free shipping, but as items become out of stock, my cart total drops and I have to hussle to fill my cart again.Has anyone figured out when delivery windows are opened up?No delivery windows at all here in LAWe were wondering the same thing - thank you for asking!I was experiencing the same issue here in Portland, OR and trying some of your recommendations. Health and safety is our top priority. Happening for a week now. I've never had a problem with getting a refund but the needless waste and frustration seems pointless for such a common sense problem. Is there some non-obvious trick to using the “contact driver” feature successfully? For example, I bought a trail mix bag (48 oz) for $5. What usually happens is, Amazon drops various blocks throughout the day for us - some are same day and some are future deliveries - and we accept them.
