I knew the mustard was supposed to be my box order because the UPS tracking said so. If they are a newish seller they perhaps didn’t realise that if a seller cancels 1st that they lose access to their buyer’s details and then can’t email them to explain. Sometimes feedback isn’t available until a date after the item would have arrived. Yay.again no one else could get away with this.
On Sunday we notice the order we already shipped has been canceled. Amazon cancelled my order, and after a lengthy support chat, nothing could be done to un-cancel it. Straight away I fired off an email to the seller asking for an explanation and they said that sometimes an item can sell twice and it was a problem at Amazon’s end.
Some people are easily pleased I guess.It is also of course possible that it was listed on a number of sites and they failed to keep on top of their Amazon stock updates.My thinking is if it is cancelled then it shouldn’t resurface.

It happens. My heart sank.I remember some buyers may leave feedback for orders cancelled by sellers. Left great feedback and if only they sold more CDs I would seek them out.My instinct is that if it was a large seller that it is most likely to have been on multiple platforms but more likely to be a genuine mistake if a small seller.
I'm pretty livid right now, I specifically ordered from Amazon because I didn't trust any of the equivalents to not screw me in some way, and boy did I make the wrong call.
There are couple of non received items going back a few months which got 1/5 and another which got 5/5 for an item that was never received but money was refunded. I make mistakes.
When we have it happen, we email an apology then cancel. I had never ordered from this company before, nor had I ordered boxes on Amazon but the company I normally order from on Ebay was going to take 7-9 days.
We received an order on Friday. I give everyone the benefit of the doubt. They did apologise when I sent them a buyer message but it’s not what I call good customer serviceI bought a DVD boxset from somebody last year, who then said it had already sold - he’d been manually chasing down Zoverstocks on price, but then when it sold so cheap he didn’t honour the sale. Of course, after spending way too much money on overnight mail, I received a notice saying my boxes had been redelivered. No way. I ordered shipping boxes as an add on. Yes, that’s right. So here goes.You might want to keep checking to see if you can leave feedback. I’m now more careful.
Remember, you can leave feedback for several months after you place the order.It could be they listed more than they had. Even though Amazon stocks it, they are not offering it as a Prime shipment.

Well he owned the website, and within a day my negative was turned into a positive with some swill that I had never written basically saying there had been a problem that was handled very well to my satisfaction! Amazon generally doesn’t cancel any orders. 25 boxes for $7.00. You can also confirm that the order was canceled by visiting Your Orders.If you see the order in the Cancelled Orders section, it was successfully canceled.. I just stated that I didn’t receive boxes but got sand instead and that I wanted my boxes. It’s simple like that. In place of the boxes, I received 100 packets of mustard. It worked differently this time.
Why would Amazon cancel our order without notification AND AFTER we shipped the item? At least it shouldn’t be. 2 day shipping.
