(Please absolutely NO glosses, I HATE those!). These have a hybrid consistency that reminds me of a lip balm, lipgloss, and lipstick all in one.
The Revlon Ultra HD Matte Lip Color is a lightweight, high definition, velvety matte color. I recently purchased Devotion and Seduction but I’m really drawn to the shades Love and Addiction, as well.

You need to be careful and apply thin layers of the formula as it can end up looking messy and clumpy. If you have dry lips, it settles into lip lines and highlights dry patches.While matte lipsticks are taking over the beauty industry, liquid matte lipsticks are leading the way. It remained shiny and glossy for at least 10 minutes and slowly tried down to a more matte finish. Sorry, matte-lovers. I think they apply, look, and feel like a lipgloss on my lips versus a lipstick but Revlon does color them a “lipcolor” so I guess you can say that’s neither here (in lipstick land) or there (in lipgloss land).
