The race takes participants over 3,000 miles unaided across the Atlantic Ocean. From La Gomera, Canary Islands (28 'N 18 ' W), to English Harbour, Antigua (17oN 61oW). She now works as teacher at Scalda, the biggest MBO (secondary education) school in Zeeland in the adult education section Welfare. My purpose is to raise £100,000 for the MS Society, helping to fund the ground-breaking research, and award winning care & support that they provide.
